Thanksgiving Message (44 min)

“Therefore, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude.” Colossians 2:6-7. Gratitude! Amen! Today's sermon is a message on thanksgiving. The Christian life resounds with a praise impossible among those who do not believe the Gospel. The Thanksgiving holiday (2019) is approaching in a few days. As believers, we give thanks for everything good- life, family, food, music, art, film, laughter, etc., just as those outside of Christ should but don't. But, we have also been given the revelation of Jesus Christ. For that we give thanks not like the un-believers do, but as only believers can. Our hearts and mouths are filled with higher truths. I pray this message helps us consider that fact today.
