Today, we want to reference numerous texts to talk about the expectancy of the people of Israel and the coming Messiah. In seeing this we can come to appreciate more fully the deliverance Jesus gives. Jesus’ deliverance from sin was the most important deliverance he came to give. It sets the people of God free from their greatest enemy.
