Jesus Paid It All (92 min)

Joseph Pittano

Saying “Jesus paid it all” isn’t just something for our church songs. It’s a wonderful truth we sing when we say, “Jesus paid it all. All to him I owe. Sin had left a crimson stain, he washed it white as snow.” Great song! But it’s not a small matter. It’s not just some quip or line we use for our kids who can’t yet grasp the Faith. Grace alone is a theologically precise necessity in the Christian Religion. History has taught us this in spades. Jesus paying it all represents a basic appreciation of the Cross. Saying Jesus paid it all means we pay nothing. It does away with works. I met someone today who reminded me of this reality at a gas station in Arizona.

God bless!!!
