The Importance of Obedience to Water Baptism and to Other Commands (28 min)

Obedience to Jesus’ commandments aren’t mere suggestions. His orders to baptize are important. Disciples obey their teachers. Slaves obey their masters. Both analogies are supposed to describe us. Are we talking rightly about things like water baptism with our people, or are we relegating our commanded obediences to the periphery accidentally? We're told by Jesus to, “Go...and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit teaching them to observe all that I commanded you..." Are we telling them why he commanded things like water baptism?
