My Final Message in the US Army (16 min)

Joseph Pittano

I recorded this brief audio message on my last official day of Active-Duty service in the military. I’ve served for a very long time. I walked out of the building for the last time, the electronic locks clicked, and without turning back I walked away. What a feeling! What a privilege it’s been to serve my Lord and my country.

I’ve lived all over the US and in Europe in my service. It’s all over now…unless I’m recalled for a WW3. It’s time to move on and get to work more in the churches of my people.

I have suffered as a Christian for opposing LGBTPPPFBQA+-ism and abortion. Period. I’ve suffered both as a regular officer and commander and as a chaplain after crossing over to the branch. It was horrible, but Christ called me to it and his light shines on in me.

I hope this brief talk is a blessing to you.

God bless!!!
