Our God of Terrible Judgments, of Hell, Grace and Hope. 2 Peter 2:1-10 (42 min)

Peter reminds us here of some of God's most terrible judgments in history. God's condemnation of fallen angels, the flood of Noah's day and the annihilation of Sodom and Gomorrah serve as tastes of his terrible judgment given to us in the Bible. It is God who made hell. It is God alone who can save us from hell. If God wished to condemn us all, we'd have no grounds to dispute the rightness of it. But he hasn't. I pray that he's saved you. I pray that through the Cross you have tasted of the deliverance of the righteous angels, Noah and Lot. God is sovereign over all. God will judge it all. God knows how to deliver his own throughout it all.
