To the Saints in Pakistan (2 of 38). Romans 1:18-32

Today, I have the great privilege of continuing through Romans 1 with some of my dear brothers and sisters in Pakistan. We’ll see here, among many things I hope, how the Bible calls us to balance our theology on God’s love and wrath, and on our responsibility and his sovereignty. Romans, chapters one through three set the perfect backdrop for the Gospel Paul preaches. We must understand sin deep down in our bones to understand the Cross. God’s word sets the stage for this conviction. These chapters set for us a vantablack sheet behind the brilliant diamond of the Resurrection.
