Getting After Grace By Seeking Consistency in Baptist theology on Perseverance (27 min)

The Baptist Faith and Message of 2000 upholds the truth of Eternal Security in Section V. I don't know many Baptists who'd disagree, but some still do. Consistency in this point of theology means demonstrating its historical inconsistencies with Arminian ideology. Arminian theology has always been unavoidably "performance based". Baptist theology has historically maintained the surety of salvation once it's been given. Why? Are we consistent in this?
