Sola Scriptura as the Foundation of the Church (33 min)

“So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord.” Ephesians 2:19-21. Paul of Tarsus.

"For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ." 1 Corinthians 3:11. Paul of Tarsus again.

We would know nothing of this truth if we too were not building upon the exact same foundation as Paul! Without the doctrine of sola Scriptura we are nothing. We're less than nothing. We're word peddlers on that broad, cloudy, greasy path of self-condemnation through an evil and delusional self-righteousness inching grudgingly toward a mirage of heaven. We're hell-bound wretches for sure. But if we have Christ and if we have the Faith delivered to us we can and will love God with every part of us.
