"For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will hardly die for a righteous person; though perhaps for the good person someone would even dare to die. There is absolutely no calling more dignifying or demanding than representing the kingdom of God as an ambassador with the Gospel. We are sent to offer the terms of the King of kings to hostiles who stand no chance. We preach Christ and him crucified as an invite to God’s enemies hoping and praying for their reconciliation and peace with God. Oh, it’s not an office often treated with any regality or respect as most other mere human ambassadorships are, and blessed are all peacemakers, but it’s far more important and further reaching regarding God and mankind. There’s no money in it, but there’s far more at stake. Christian, you are called to represent heaven. You already are. The question is: “Do you do it well?” My ministry. My life is about helping Christians do so. In their theology, in their evangelism and in their private personal lives as well.
